Hi! I'm Kinley (aka Kiki), a 12-year-old baking enthusiast with a passion for creating delicious treats that everyone can enjoy, especially my mom and my sisters who has a gluten intolerance.
It all started when I saw how much they missed out on yummy treats like cookies, cupcakes, and bread. I decided to take on the challenge of baking all their favorites, gluten-free!
My kitchen became my laboratory, filled with flour, sugar, and endless experimentation. I spent hours researching gluten-free ingredients, testing different recipes, and tweaking flavors until I found the perfect balance of deliciousness and texture.
